I was unable to make Elizabeth Crum’s bloggers conference with Brian Sandoval, a Republican candidate for governor, the other day, but Chuck Muth presents a pretty good account of the pertinent points. As you would guess these reflect back to Guinn v. Legislature, the largest blight on constitutional government in Nevada and perhaps the US. It made our state the laughing stock in the WSJ editorial page. Then Brian didn’t believe in separation of powers; he like Guinn believed in tax and spend, in that case a gross receipts tax. Now I came to Nevada from Washington and can tell you how bad a gross receipts tax is. I fought it at that time and it did not come into being. But that’s not for the RINOS not trying.
Chuck Muth’s article points out that nothing has changed for Sandoval, he’s still a tax and spend RINO. He has been given several chances to repudiate the position, he refuses. He’s ambitious, young, charismatic and leans left. Remind you of anyone in Washington?
Chuck’s article, Beware of Sandovals in Conservative Clothing, is worth the read. Thanks again to Elizabeth Crum of Nevada News & Views.

To answer your question, YES. You know, the key point for all republicans relative to Brian Sandoval is this: He quit as a Federal Judge!!! You don't quit as a federal judge (unless you are deep into someone's back pocket). You finish your mission of public service for life. You learn about the constitution and uphold and protect it every day of your life for all of us.

Sandoval quit and gave "we the people" a liberal replacement, Gloria Navarro – who will have this position of influence for LIFE. You only quit if you are bought by someone. That "someone" includes John Ensign, Kenny Guinn, Pete Ernaut and the R&R machine running both Sandoval's campaign and Rory Reid's campaign so they can be the ad agency for the governors office. With R&R owning both Dem's and Rep's we have a problem!

Remember, R&R wins the $100M contract with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Bureau to market "Las Vegas" around the state and the world. SO, consequently R&R controls the media and the polls. Let's get rid of establishment politicians and RINO's – and bring in more competition next year when the R&R contract goes out to bid with LVCVB. Sandoval is … RINO and establishment owned and operated.

I also highly advise checking out Muth's article (it's a gem). Also, this goes over some more Sandoval issues:http://www.DontBetOnSandoval.com
